Guide picks on Amazon & other retailers
Most Mallria Guides link to Amazon or other third-party sellers. Mallria does not fulfill those orders.
- Shipping — speed, cost, and carriers are set by the retailer and the seller listing.
- Returns — follow the retailer’s return window and process. For Amazon, use Your Orders in your Amazon account.
- Defects or wrong items — contact the retailer or marketplace support first.
We are happy to help you find the right Guide or product link, but we cannot override a retailer’s policies. See Contact Us for editorial questions only.
Mallria shop (coming soon)
When we launch our own sterling-silver collection, the policies below will apply to orders placed on mallria.com. We will update this page before checkout goes live.
Shipping regions
We plan to ship to the United States first, with international expansion announced separately.
Processing time
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days after payment clears. Made-to-order or engraved pieces may take longer; any exception will be noted on the product page.
Shipping methods & costs
Rates and carriers will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Tracking will be emailed when your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
- Window: 30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging.
- Non-returnable: custom engraving, final-sale items, and hygiene-sensitive goods once opened (if applicable).
- Process: email [email protected] with your order number to start a return. Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless we sent a defective or incorrect item.
- Refunds: issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
Lost or damaged packages
Contact us within 7 days of the carrier’s marked delivery date if a package is missing or arrives damaged. We will work with the carrier to resolve eligible claims.
