These Curator Terms (“Curator Terms”) apply if you apply to write on Mallria, are approved as an Energy Curator, or publish content through our curator program. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, these Curator Terms control for curator-specific matters.
By submitting an application or using a curator account, you agree to these Curator Terms.
1. What Mallria is (and is not)
Mallria is a content-driven spiritual wellness marketplace focused on Energy Aesthetics and mindful adornment. We connect readers with wearable guides and curated picks—not one-on-one fortune telling, medical care, or guaranteed life outcomes.
As an Energy Curator, you write practical Guides about scarves, bags, clips, and everyday wear in the context of BaZi, feng shui, astrology, or related traditions. You are an independent voice on our platform, not an employee or agent of Mallria.
2. Application and approval
- You apply through our Energy Curator application page. Information must be accurate.
- We review applications in our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.
- If approved, we create a curator account tied to your email. You sign in with email one-time passcode (OTP) on the public Site and use the Curator Dashboard to draft and submit Guides.
- We may reject or revoke access for false information, policy violations, or conduct that harms readers or the platform.
3. Your content
3.1 Originality and accuracy
- You represent that your submissions are your original work (or you have rights to use them) and do not infringe third-party rights.
- Write from your own tradition and practice. Do not present others’ work as yours.
- Factual claims about traditions should be honest and proportionate. Do not invent credentials.
3.2 Compliance and voice
All curator Guides must follow Mallria’s editorial standards, including:
- Symbolism and cultural narrative — not medical, legal, or financial advice
- No guaranteed results — no promises of wealth, health cures, relationship outcomes, or “luck changes”
- Clear framing — energy and symbolism language, not fortune telling or superstitious fear
- Disclaimers — link to our Affiliate Disclosure and site disclaimers where product links appear
We may edit for clarity, structure, compliance, or translation. We aim to preserve your tradition and voice.
3.3 Review and publication
- Unless we grant you trusted self-publish status in writing, drafts go through editorial review before publication.
- We may decline, request revisions, or unpublish content that does not meet standards.
- Published Guides credit you with a byline and optional bio or portfolio link as configured on your profile.
4. License you grant to Mallria
You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting content for publication, you grant Mallria a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, translate (for other Site languages), and promote your Guide on the Site and in marketing related to the Site (for example, excerpts in newsletters or social posts).
This license lasts for as long as the content is published on the Site, plus a reasonable wind-down period after removal for caches and backups. You may request removal of a Guide subject to our editorial and archival policies.
5. Affiliate links, commerce, and compensation
- Guides may include links to third-party products or, when available, marketplace SKUs. You must disclose affiliate relationships clearly in line with our Affiliate Disclosure and applicable law (including FTC guidance in the United States).
- Content affiliate commissions (when the program is live) are governed by separate rate schedules and attribution rules we provide in your curator dashboard or by email. Rates may change with notice.
- Tax forms (for example W-9 or W-8BEN) may be required before payouts. You are responsible for your own taxes.
- Commissions are not owed for cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders, or when attribution cannot be verified.
6. Account access and tools
- Contributors use the public Contributor Dashboard to draft and submit Guides.
- Keep your email secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not share credentials, scrape the Site, or use automated tools to post without permission.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Publish content that is hateful, harassing, defamatory, or unlawfully discriminatory
- Make medical or therapeutic claims about products
- Guarantee spiritual, financial, or health outcomes
- Spam, manipulate rankings, or post primarily for SEO manipulation
- Circumvent editorial review or security controls
- Impersonate Mallria staff or misstate your relationship with the platform
8. Removal and termination
We may suspend or terminate your curator access, remove content, or withhold commissions for breach of these Contributor Terms, the Terms of Service, or for conduct we reasonably believe harms readers or the platform. You may stop contributing at any time by contacting us; already-published licenses may survive as described in Section 4.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The curator program and dashboard are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mallria is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation. Our total liability related to the curator program is limited to commissions actually owed and unpaid in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where law requires otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Contributor Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of your curator account or submission of new content after changes constitutes acceptance.
